OFFICE ASSISTANT (LONDON)

We will give you training on the following and will be expecting you to do the following:

  • Following instructions – training will be provided
  • General customers services, speaking to new potential clients, existing clients and and suppliers
  • Invoicing / filing
  • Keeping in contact with clients, updating records accordingly
  • Answering general enquiries from applicants
  • Providing excellent customer services at all time
  • Flexible hours – hours will be discussed

Skills Required

  • No previous experience required
  • General IT knowledge (the use of computer) is required
  • Good attitude and target driven
  • Ambition to grow within the company
  • Organised and have passion for work
  • Trainees/apprenticeships are also welcome

Wages: Depends on your capability and experience
We also have an incentive scheme for your benefit too. If you bring us new business, we will give you a good commission in it. Please note that normally our projects like a software and mobile app project are of high budget, therefore, you can expect a good sales commission.

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

We need graphics designer who can work for us remotely and on project basis. Requirements are:

* Experience of 2D graphics designing
* Experience in 3D graphics designing is not must but is preferable
* Experience in Video Animation (preferred but not necessary)

CONTENT WRITER

We need 2 content writers (English) for writing contents, blogs and articles for different websites managed by iFahja. Topics of contents would be provided. You will work remotely for this job.

SALES PERSON

iFahja needs 2 “Sales Persons” for the sales of our existing services, software solutions, mobile apps and Management Information Systems. You do not need to come to the office. Just bring us business. While IT knowledge is a plus, it is not necessary that you should be IT literate. We will give you information related to our products.
